Amy is an Agile Coach at Vistaprint in Waltham, MA. With nearly twenty years’ experience in Human Resources, and a passion for working with teams, she began exploring how the mindset and practices of Agile might help “non-technology” teams achieve high performance in order to deliver value to customers faster. After completing the Emergn Agile Expert Coaching Pathway she started coaching the Vistaprint Talent + Experience team (formerly known as HR) which led to a complete transformation in how they approach their work and deliver against their employee-centric strategy.
